Tai Chi has long been well known around the world for developing CHI - the life force - and enhancing body health and energy. Shodo Tai Chi was created by Master Quang Van Tran based on Acupuncture, Aikido and Tai Chi principles with 50+ years of experience.
With only 2 forms, Shodo Tai Chi is so easy to learn, it is the simplest form of Tai Chi Existing today.

Spirit House Yoga
During the first hour of this two hour class, we will discuss ways to achieve optimal health. Classes will explore the 7 components of vital health including: Thoughts, Breath, Hydration, Nutrition, Movement, Sleep and Connection. Each month will be a deep dive into one of the 7 components, giving you practical tools for healthier living.
The last hour of class will be focused on a movement practice. The techniques taught in these classes will help create stability in the spine and bring balance between left and right sides of the body. We will explore the 7 primal movement patterns required for functional movement: Squat, Bend, Lunge, Push, Pull, Twist and Gait. Yoga Postures and Qigong form will also be included. Creating a sustainable movement program that will support you for years to come will be the focus.

Chi Kung is the science of bio electricity generation and storage. The essence of Chi Kung is developing the ability to put your increased energy, also called chi or life force, to work for you.
Hoshin Tao Chi Kung is an effective means of opening and clearing the energy channels of the body, sometimes called chakras, and enabling the process of Kundalini awakening, or energy amplification. We do this through practices that combine the breath, the will and physical movements. Practitioners rediscover their ability to move and breathe naturally, which enhances flow and effective taijutsu. Hoshin Tao Chi King has the additional benefit of physical and emotional well-being if practiced properly and under a licensed instructor.
MINDFULNESS PRACTICE WORKSHOPS
