DYNAMIC POSTURE ASSESSMENT & MASSAGE PROTOCOLS
SAT FEB 22ND, 2025 1-7PM
SUN FEB 23RD, 2025 10AM-4PM
Muscle imbalances, whether caused from acute injury or repetitive use, create faulty recruitment patterns in the nervous system. This can set your clients up for long term chronic pain and dysfunctional movement. This course will give you practical techniques to break up adhesions where extra tissue has been laid down (which happens as a protective mechanism to stabilize the joint) as well as corrective exercises to help stabilize the joint so that the body does not continue to lay down extra fascial tissue. The 7 primal movement patterns will be addressed (squat, lunge, bend, push, pull, twist and gait).
