Food Allergies

There are different types of allergic responses, IgE and IgG. IgE allergies are usually immediate and severe - such peanut allergies - whereas IgG are considered more “sensitivities’ and can have delayed reactions.  Both create a burden on the immune system and disrupt gut health.

There are different types of testing to learn more about both food and environmental allergies. In the initial evaluation, if this appears to be a problem, we can direct you on how to get proper testing and interpret the results.
