Detox
Our world and environment are increasingly filled by dangerous chemicals and pollutants. They are in the air we breathe, the food we eat, and products we use on our bodies. In order for our liver and other organs to process these chemicals out of the body, a large about of nutrients are needed. However, common diets are greatly lacking sufficient nutrients. Detoxing shouldn’t include harsh cleanses and fasts, it should instead focus on removing unhealthy habits that add to the toxic burden while simultaneously getting greater nutrition to all of our cells using food, supplements, massage, sweating, and gentle movement.
