The Metabolic Food Healing Program begins with an initial assessment to discuss your health history and personal goals. At that time you will receive an electronic Intake Form and two questionnaires that will assess current diet, lifestyle, and symptoms.

Four weekly follow up (in person or online) appointments will be scheduled during which time you will receive a Diet and Lifestyle Recommendations Report and customized Menu Plan.

The Metabolic Food Healing Guide contains healthy, delicious recipes and information about food sourcing, best preparation methods and Gwyn’s three Phase healing program.
