Welcome to Mind and Body Fitness Connections
It is our goal at Mind and Body Fitness Connections (MBFC) to help each client find their way to long-term, natural health and happiness. Identifying road blocks in life is critical to your growth and advancement. These roadblocks usually occur in either your physical, mental, emotional or spiritual states and as long as they exist you will continue to find yourself struggling with health and well-being. For any great change to take place in your life an adjustment must be made.
At MBFC we will help you identify what your road blocks are and help educate you on how to overcome those obstacles. Each client receives a program unique to their needs and the program may include any combination of:
- Body composition testing
- Postural Assessments
- Manual Therapy (use of a variety of massage techniques)
- Exercise (yoga, muscle imbalance correction, qigong, flexibility, balance, core, weight training and so much more)
- Breathing and stress reduction techniques
- Nutrition and supplementation recommendations
- Metabolic typing
- Strategies for eliminating negative thinking patterns
Once you begin to view life as a journey and choose health as the path you walk down, your focus will shift away from searching for short term, quick fixes and instead you will be able to focus on the long-term goal of total wellness. In order to achieve this state of being you must seek and submit to your creator's plan for your life, train your mind to move you forward rather than hold you back, eat healthy, balance intense exercises with flexibility and relaxation exercises and invigorate your cells with body work and cardiovascular exercise. Once you begin to implement these changes your body can’t help but arrive at its optimal state of well being. You will notice increased energy levels, decreased stress, better concentration and improved immune function.
