 “EFT” Stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and is being taught all over the world to anyone who wishes to improve a condition in their life.  EFT is becoming widely known for it’s ability to balance energy and has been described as “acupuncture without needles”.

We will be looking in depth at six ways to restore your vitality!

Thinking Patterns- Do you affirm yourself on a daily basis or do you find, like so many          others, that you talk more harshly to yourself than you would a stranger.

Proper Breathing Techniques- Oxygen is life; learn to fully oxygenate your body.

Body Balance- Our bodies are designed to be symmetrical, if our joints are out of                  alignment then pain and dysfunction will result.

Movement- Exercise programs should be unique, not everyone needs the same form of                    exercise; Do you know what is right for you?

Nutrition- Learn the importance of eating right for your unique metabolic type.

Sleep- How sleep affects our ability to heal and repair.
