TOPICS: Dr. Rick Barrack will be presenting information on workplace safety and work related injuries.  Dr. Craig Heller will be discussing the importance of flexibility, especially the importance of dynamic stretching prior to activity.  Jennifer Tolbert will be explaining the importance of quality nutrition and metabolic typing.
